Two groups of twelve Year 7 pupils visited Wonderdome Mobile Planetarium, at an event organised by the Blackburn with Darwen Ogden Trust Partnership, hosted at St. Bede’s RC High School.
Upon entering the inflatable dome, pupils were treated to fascinating talks about the solar system, galaxies and the development of the Universe itself. The immersive experience, including wrap-around images and videos, engaged all our pupils and the presenter, Dennis, was extremely knowledgeable about all things space-related.
