Mariam Seedat, a former QEGS Sixth Form student and now a Graduate entry Medical student at Sheffield University, held a knowledge-sharing sessions for Sixth Form students considering a career in Medicine in the future.
Giving her time generously to the Sixth Form, Mariam held 1-2-1 sessions during period 3, 4 and 5 on Thursday, then welcomed a number of students to her interview skills workshop at lunchtime. The workshop covered what to expect when studying Medicine at university, likely questions to be asked at interview and what students can do to strengthen their applications for their chosen university.
Students soaked up valuable knowledge from Mariam, who is a second year student wanting to pursue a career as a Doctor.
Thank you Mariam for spending time with our students and sharing your knowledge with them!
