Whilst we are all spending our time at home, it is vital to look after our physical wellbeing by staying active and moving our bodies. We have seen unprecedented numbers of people take part in Joe Wicks’ Body Coach daily workouts, to start their day, during the COVID-19 lockdown.

As we enter a new term, QEGS PE department are posting daily exercise challenges on their Twitter page, here. Challenges will vary from indoor short circuits through to outdoor new skill development, with PE staff asking pupils to challenge themselves (and parents/carers too!).

Miss McCreadie is also challenging pupils to complete the ‘Couch 2 5k‘ training plan, starting on the 20th April 2020.

So, make sure to head over to QEGS PE each day and take on the daily challenge to keep your body and mind active!
