Athletics: Well done to Year 12 student Nicole Saunders who has been selected for English Athletics Development Programme in Discus and is currently ranked 16^th in the UK after achieving the following results, 5^th English Schools event and 5^th English Championships. Nicole is also ranked 1^st in the North West U17’s Discus, 10^th in the North West U17’s Hammer and 5^th in the North West for U17’s Javelin.

Fencing: Nicole competed in the Senior National Championships and is currently ranked 7^th at U20 and 17^th at U23 Sabre.
