Five Year 12 and 13 students have been awarded bronze certificates by the UK Chemistry Olympiad. Dylan Treanor, Yatish Chavda, Kashif Khan, Rebecca Mitchell and Isabella Cavazzana all received recognition for their problem-solving skills, which were applied to real-life situations.
The competition is the leading chemistry competition for students in secondary education in the British Isles and is designed to inspire budding chemists to excel in the field.
The challenges, aimed at students in their final year of study before higher education, gives them the opportunity to stretch their understanding and apply their knowledge.
Well done to all of those who took part in this highly challenging competition!
