Following a rigorous application process, eight new Senior Prefects have been appointed for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Applicants had to write a letter explaining why they would like to apply for a Senior Prefect role, then have interviews with Mr Hindle, Head of Sixth Form, Mr Vyse, Deputy Head (Attendance, Behaviour and Safeguarding) and a further interview with Mrs Gammon, Executive Head.
We are delighted to announce the selected Senior Prefects are:
- Head Boy – Aamir Munshi
- Head Girl – Noor Fatima
- Deputy Head Boy – Husan Malik
- Deputy Head Girl – Fizza Zafar
- Senior Prefects – Muhammed Zayd Alli, Zahra Ashraf, David Bowlin and Aisha Torofdar
Mrs Gammon made the final decision following an impressive number of applications from Year 13 students. She explained: “Every year we have a number of students who enter their final year of A level study wishing to add to their experience here and apply for Senior Prefect roles. I was extremely impressed with the standard of this year’s applications, and it was a difficult task to select our final eight successful applicants.”
“I have every faith that these students will set a fantastic example to pupils and students across our school, I know they will make a difference to the school community with their selected projects.”
