Pupils in Key Stage 1 delivered a fantastic performance to families and fellow pupils with this year’s Nativity, ‘Everyone Loves a Baby’. The play was about a very special baby being born but instead of the usual excitement ahead of his arrival, the children in the family preferred several different animals (which changed throughout the performance) over the baby.

The pupils sang with passion and energy, with the group’s favourite song ‘Please Stop Knocking’ featuring throughout the show, providing a memorable, toe-tapping melody for the attending audience. The ensemble also wowed the audience in singing ‘Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer’ with accompanying sign language.

Later in the performance, three Year 1 pupils also performed a song together, providing a lovely moment as they sang beautifully to the watching crowd.

Well done to the pupils involved and to the teachers who made this year’s nativity a huge success.
