Congratulations to former QEGS pupil, Baylie Seery who passed out of basic training for the Royal Navy earlier this year. The completion of Phase 1 training is a momentous occasion for all recruits and their families and we congratulate the Seery-Kelly family on this huge milestone.

Baylie is enjoying life in the Royal Navy and is now in phase 2 of her training.

As a keen swimmer at QEGS, Baylie is also still trying to keep her toes in the water and was honoured to be asked to take part in an upcoming competition.

Dr Butler, Head of Physical Education and Games at QEGS said, “I always enjoy hearing what our previous pupils have moved onto. It was a pleasure teaching Baylie and I wish her all the very best for her future in the Royal Navy.”
