Dear Parents and Carers,
I hope you are all keeping safe and well and have enjoyed the home learning grid so far.
From Monday, we have a new email address which will be used for all the communication from our pupils who are continuing to work from home on the ‘home learning grids’. This is: homelearning@qegsblackburn.com
This email address should be used for all queries relating to home learning, such as sending the amazing photos of work that the children are undertaking, asking questions about the home learning and asking for additional resources.
If you email class teachers directly, they may take longer to answer your emails. They are returning to school next week and will be working with new ‘bubbles’ of children, as we welcome back EYFS pupils and continue to work with our growing number of Key Worker pupils. This will therefore require them to plan the learning for the pupils in school and set up resources, which will of course make it difficult for staff to check emails during the day.
It is really important that you are aware we will still continue to provide work for pupils working at home in the same way as previous weeks and of course the staff are happy to answer your questions and continue to support you as much as possible.
This new email address will allow all staff members to access the ‘inbox’ throughout the day, respond to questions and for all of the team to see the brilliant work being done at home!
