Penny McKnight, from the charity Kidneys for Life recently visited school to collect a cheque from Rayhan Motara, a year 13 student who organised a fundraiser to celebrate World Kidney Day in March.
Rayhan took to the stage during assembly on March 13th to raise awareness around CKD and transplant. He also wanted to promote the importance of the vital research needed to keep treatments improving.
Rayhan, along with his friends and teachers, raised an amazing £821.25 for Kidneys for Life!!!
