Howard House has been awarded the QUEST 2020 winner’s title, after a week of House challenges in the Senior School library.

House QUEST is an annual event where a variety of questions are set for each year group, with topics including; reference, periodical, computers, fiction and non-fiction. Clues are given and all answers can be found in the school’s Senior Library by the teams of two from each house, with a different year group taking part each day.

Throughout the school year, pupils in Year 7, 8 and 9 have regular timetabled lessons and so this event is beneficial to those in Year 10 and 11, displaying their retained Library skills with aplomb.

In this year’s QUEST, Howard was awarded the 1st place spot with a total of 203 points, Hawkins claimed second place with 199 points and Drake followed in 3rd place with 170 points.

The results of the House QUEST contribute to the overall House competition, with further events in the coming months in a range of very varied disciplines!
