Cross Country Season Gets Underway For Primary Phase Pupils

Six boys and six girls from QEGS Primary Phase represented the school in the first of the season’s cross-country events. The competition took place at Witton Park in Blackburn, with some extremely muddy and waterlogged areas in the course for the hundreds of runners taking part.

All pupils ran very well, with Issa Patala finishing in 11^th place and Caitlyn finishing in 19^th place. Results are collated over three separate competitions over the season and we will share further updates as the season progresses.
