QEGS first ever Careers Fair took place this week for pupils in Years 9, 10 and 11.
Local employers, education and training providers attended all morning to talk directly to our pupils in each year group to offer advice about different career routes and options for their Post 16 studies.
Mrs Powell, Head of Careers, said ” the event was a huge success and pupils really engaged asking good questions about the different pathways available to them post-16. I have been planning this event since last November and I have secured excellent links with local employers and education providers. I personally want to thank everyone who attended and I look forward to welcoming employers and education/training providers back to Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School for future events.”
