Today, Friday 10th November, pupils, students and staff took part in a service of Remembrance to pay their respects to those who gave their lives for their country in conflicts past and present.
Following a thought-provoking ceremony of poignant prayers and reflections for peace across the world, our pupils, students, and staff humbly observed a two-minute silence, as they remember members of the armed forces who selflessly have given their lives for their country.
To mark the end the service, all pupils, students, and staff in complete silence, and wearing their poppies with pride, respectfully filed past the War Memorials in Big School, where a wreath had been laid by the Head, Mrs Gammon.
